Here are the answers to some of the most common questions about our soft play rentals:

*What is the appropriate age for Soft Play?
Our equipment is for children 0-5 years of age only.


* Can I rent just a bounce house or ball pit?

* Are your soft play rentals clean and safe?
Absolutely! We understand the importance of hygiene and safety, especially for children. Our soft play rentals are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each use to ensure a germ-free environment.

* Are you insured?
Yes! We are fully licensed and insured.

* How do I book?
Simply fill out our inquiry form, and we will get back to you with a customized party quote.


* Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we require a nonrefundable 25% deposit to reserve your party. In the event that the party is cancelled for any reason, this deposit can be used toward another party within 12 months of the original event date.


* How long can I rent the soft play equipment for?
Our packages include a 4-hour rental period. If you’d like to add additional time, you can do so for $75/hr.


* What is your Weather Policy?
We all know that weather in South Louisiana can change dramatically in a short period of time. To ensure safety of the children, we will not setup if there is any chance of rain in the forecast for the event time, We encourage all clients planning an outdoor event to have an alternate indoor location available. If there is no indoor location available, we can reschedule your event within 1 year from the event date based upon availability.

Soft Play equipment can get very hot when setup in the direct sunlight. Therefore, it is recommended that all outdoor setups on hot and/or sunny days are in shaded area such as under a tent or patio covering.

*What areas do you serve?
We are based out of Slidell, and happy to serve all of St Tammany, Tangipahoa, and Washington parishes, as well as Pearl River and Hancock counties in Mississippi.


* Do charge a delivery fee?
We provide free delivery, setup, and pickup services for all locations within 10 miles of our location. A delivery fee will apply for any location that is further. We will calculate your exact delivery fee in your custom party quote.


* What payments do you accept?
All payments are made through our online invoices which can be paid via bank transfer, credit card, or Paypal.


* What happens if there is damage to the equipment during the rental?
We collect a $200 refundable damage deposit with each rental. If the equipment is returned in the same condition in which it was delievered, then this fee is refunded within 48 hours. In the event that there is any damage to the equipment during the rental period, this deposit will be used toward the repair and replacement of any damaged materials. If the damage is greater than $200, the client will be invoiced for any additional damages.
